The importance of the research was manifested in the investigation of the contribution of the special physical and mental abilities and their effective role in the performance of the peaceful shooting of the Darbandikhan Sports Club basketball players.
The objectives of the research were: to identify the relationship between some special physical and mental abilities, as well as the percentage of their contribution to the performance of peaceful shooting in basketball.
The most important conclusions were: Some of the special physical and mental abilities are significantly associated with the performance of the skill of peaceful shooting in basketball.
It was recommended: The need to focus on developing special physical abilities during training units in line with the requirements of motor performance for the skill of peaceful shooting in basketball.
